Asharam Bapu fail to appears before the commission forth time

Asharam Bapu a self proclaimed God, suspected of killing of two brothers in his Ashram skips to appear before a commission heading the inquiry at Ahemadabad.

Asaram was summoned to the commission heading by former justice DK Trivedi last week; his son also not appeared before the commission. The Commission will hear this case now on August 22.

Justice Trivedi while giving last chance to Asaram and his son said that case will not further postponed so we will hear it on 22 August.

Commission so far has been summoned Asaram and his son four times, but they were not present. In September 2011 two of his lawyers agreed to come before the commission but both of the suspects are refusing to appear.

In 2008 two brothers Dipesh - Abhishek Vaghela found missing from his Ashram at Motera district of Ahemadabad. A few days later the two mangled bodies were found along the river Sabarmati behind Gurukul. His family alleged that the death of two children at the ashram is the result of exorcism.

Earlier the case was handling by the CBI crime but the family alleged the department for supporting the convicts, so case was given to Justice DK Trivedi.
