CBI Court hearing in MP IPS officer murder case

Madhya Pradesh IPS officer Narendra Kumar Singh’s brutal murder is expected to hear in a Special Court of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) here today.  

The 32-year-old IPS officer was mowed down under a tractor in Morena district on March 8 this year for taking on the mining mafia in the state. 


In its previous hearing, the CBI court had postponed the hearing in the case to July 27. 

The CBI had filed a chargesheet in the case on June 6 and charged Manoj Gurjar, main accused in the case under section 304 (culpable homicide) and 353 (obstructing government work) of IPC and motor vehicle act.
