Himangini made us proud: Sushmita Sen

The ‘I am She Foundation’ held a press conference tocelebrate the success of Miss Asia Pacific Himangini Singh Yadu. Himangini won thetitle Miss Asia Pacific in Busan, Korea on June 16 last.


Former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen, who is the head of the foundation,has praised Himangini for her achievement.


Sushmita said she has got the best gift for everyone bywinning the international beauty titlefor India after a long time.


"It's a proud moment for India, Himangini Singh hasmade us all very proud by winning this title because we have been waiting for awin on the international stage for a long time now," Sushmita furtheradded.


Indore girl Himangini is a product of Sushmita's organization‘I Am She - Miss Universe India’ and is the first Indian girl to win aninternational beauty pageant in 12 years.
