Rohan Bopanna also refuses to play with Leander Paes

After Mahesh Bhupathi, Indian tennis player Rohan Bopanna has also refused to team up with Leander Paes in the men's doubles event at the London Olympics.

Bopanna was officially approached by the All India Tennis Association (AITA) Selection Committee to play with Paes, but refused to play with anyone other than Mahesh Bhupathi.

On Sunday, Bhupathi had sent an official letter to the AITA saying he will not play with Paes in the men's doubles at the London Olympics.

He has reiterated in the letter that Rohan Bopanna is the only person he's willing to partner at the event.

A day before Star Player of India Paes accepts the proposal to play with Bhupati despite of Bhupati’s refusal.   

Officials from Sports Ministry have also been in touch with both Bhupathi and Bopanna on the matter.
